This project aims at establishing harmony in Hong Kong and to fight against different social problems.
Project objectives –
- To help the EM groups integrate into the local community.
- To provide healthy sport activities and training to the EM groups.
- To provide opportunities for the EM groups to serve the society.
- To enhance harmony and avoid polarization within the local community.
- To promote friendship among people from different communities.
Programme Content -
The Project is being held in the form of a tournament. Apart from the EM groups such as Indian, Nepalese and Pakistan, local people from groups/organizations, which have passion to serve the EM groups have formed teams
One of the conditions for forming a team is that each team should agree to advocate a social cause, e.g. anti-drug, anti-exploitation of children, against abuse of women and so on.
The award will be given for two purposes. First, it will be given to the winners of the matches. Second, it will be given to the teams, which shall have the most effective and creative contributions to the social cause that they advocate. Our association shall play a helper role to give assistance and consultation to each team regarding promoting the social cause that they advocate.
For each of the matches, especially the final, we will encourage the men to bring along their families to watch the game. At the same time, we will provide interesting programmes for their families. By this, we can also promote the family value and happiness.
